Our Returns Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

To qualify for a warranty replacement:

The fault must be due to a manufacturer's defect when shipped.

To qualify for a refund:
For all products you must ensure:

The product(s) must have been purchased from ramcity.com.au

The products(s) must have been purchased less than 30 days from the date of your refund request.

The products(s) must not be a special order item or a commercial quantity.

The products(s) must include the original undamaged packaging. We understand if antistatic bags have been opened.

The packaging must be in saleable condition (undamaged) Note: Product returned for credit are subject to a 10% restocking fee. See the full details of our our full Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Note: Should an item be used in an incorrect manner or abused in any way, RamCity is not required to refund the items should they fail due to this misuse. Regardless of the 30 day policy advised above.
If you purchased a product more than 30 days ago, the product cannot be returned for a refund. However, it could be be return for replacement.
If there is a problem you can still request a warranty or product replacement.
