Our office is only for Click and Collect.
We don't have a physical retail store. We do not provide technical support from our office.
All stock is kept offsite in a small local warehouse. It takes about an hour for Click and Collect orders to be available in the office. We will send a notification via email when your order is ready to be collected.
Our office is located at 25 Ryde Road Pymble. We are on Level 2, Corporate House. If you are collecting a parcel, drive in off Ryde Road, do not go under the building, there is an alcove for 2 or 3 cars out the front of the building. You can park there, take the lift to Level 2, turn left out of the lifts and we are through the Corprate House glass doors, See Rebbecca at the front desk, if she is not there, lean over the desk and to the right there should be a box with your name on. It is ok to collect when Rebeeca is away from her desk.
