Yes, we have a Click and Collect service.
All orders to be collected must be ordered online first, there is a pick up option.
All stock is kept offsite in a small local warehouse. It takes about an hour for Click and Collect orders to be available in the office. We will send a notification via email when your order is ready to be collected. You can call us if you need it sooner or to confirm the time of collection, our phone number is 02 9391 5201
Our office is located at 25 Ryde Road, Pymble NSW. We are on Level 2, Corporate House. If you are collecting a parcel, drive in off Ryde Road, do not go under the building, there is an alcove for 2 or 3 cars out the front of the building. You can park there, take the lift to Level 2, turn left out of the lifts and we are through the Corprate House glass doors, See Rebbecca at the front desk, if she is not there, lean over the desk and to the right there should be a box with your name on. It is ok to collect when Rebecca is away from her desk, we have camera's monitoring the pick up desk.
