Here is some old school advice on install RAM.
On your PC, go to Task Manager (ctr + shift + esc)
Go to the Performance tab
Then Memory
In the bottom left of the window it will tell you Speed, Slots use and Form Factor. With this information you can find a RAM upgrade on our website.
